Kundalini  Yoga Teacher Training
July 29th - August 28th 2012

Registration Form

Kundalini Rising

The Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training is a special immersion for spiritual healing, activation and transformation that is only offered at 7 Centers Yoga Arts. It can be taken by yoga teachers seeking deeper internal practices and by newcomers looking to build a foundation of balance, integration and change.

The practices and trainings are based on the teachings of the two premier pioneers in modern Kundalini Yoga; Swami Satyananda Saraswati of the Bihar School of Yoga in Bihar, India, and Yogi Bhajan of the 3HO Foundation in Espanola, New Mexico. In this unique 30-day immersion program, which includes an ashram style schedule, students will learn the scientific and experiential tools to achieve internal and external harmony as well as practice and learn to teach the ancient Kundalini techniques that promote personal evolution.

This 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training can be applied toward a 500-hour certificate from 7 Centers Yoga Arts and Yoga Alliance. When combined with any introductory 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and the Chakra Yoga Intensive (8 days) and Conflict Resolution Workshop (4 days) at 7 Centers Yoga Arts, the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training is therefore an important step toward the 500-hour certification.

Some Testimonials

"Several months after our Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training it has become clear that there has been a fundamental shift in my being, as if the life lived before the training is a completely different life experience from everything that has followed. This shift has quite literally affected everything, from the way I view my own thoughts to the way I interpret and interact with the world.
It is difficult to describe how the Kundalini Teacher Training differed from my first 200 hour Yoga Teacher training (which was also an incredible journey), except to say that the Kundalini experiences were magnified tenfold, as were the lasting results. Not only have I changed, but any new awareness gained seems firmly rooted. My personal path toward enlightenment and understanding, an ever-ongoing journey, was greatly enhanced by this life-changing experience.
All of it was made possible by the care and compassion of our teachers, Shraddasagar and Hari Jap. While the training was challenging physically, emotionally and spiritually, we knew we had expert guides, who acted as both lighthouse and forklift, on our personal journeys. This training was deep spititual work, taught by masters, and resulting in a level of gratitude I have never felt before in this lifetime. Through the power of this training, I am beginning to truly understand what it means to live a life of yoga."
  David, New York City

"Where do I start? As I drove into Sedona on the first day there was a huge rainbow over the city & I began to cry. On my presentation, there was a full moon where the sun normally was. Everything in between was just as magical. 'Doing the impossible' over & over & over again. Blowing my limits. The highlight would be the teachers.. I am honored to have been a part of this & to have shared this part of my life with you all." Brian, Los Angeles
