Sacred Chanting with SHANTALA.  Heather and Benjy Wertheimer, as Shantala, open hearts around the world with their passionate music.  Shantala creates a sublime soundscape of musical harmony between East and West with soul-stirring vocals, sacred lyrics, and exotic instrumentation.  Call and response chanting with Shantala is fun, uplifting and inspiring.  Tickets on sale now:   $15 in advance - $20 at the door.  Call 928-203-4400 or stop by the Center.

The Numbers game...

   It is often said that a Cat has 9 lives…a numerologiatestament to the resourcefulness and superiority of cats to make the most out of one life.  In reality …We live our lives in nine-year cycles influenced by the universal principles of the numbers 1 through 9. When we finish a cycle of nine (lives), we begin again.

   2007 was considered to be 2+7=9 or a NINE year. A year that would be marked by completion and endings perhaps in relationships or jobs. My relationship with “tarty girlfriend”, a flirty feline with the yellow eyes ended. (mainly because she stopped visiting).There is no point to asking the question Why… …it just is. That is cat wisdom.

   2008 is 2+8=10/1 or a ONE year which promises new beginnings and creativity. I am launching a new creative project that features myself on a calendar with pithy and whimsical sayings to inspire human beings. 

What is going to be your personal year number in 2008?  

To find it, simply add the month and day to the year of your birth date. For example I, Lionheart was born April seling.
