 $15 - Single class

 ($5 Discount to Sedona residents)

 $45 - 5 class pass 

 $80 - 10 class pass (valid 60 days)

 Private Yoga Session - $90, 2 people - $125

  

Please join us for a class. Come with an empty stomach. We have mats, blankets and pillows

available for use.

Check with a teacher if you have any medical concerns or conditions.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Hatha Yoga – A balanced workout of classical poses, breath work and meditation.

Gentle Yoga – Focus on slowing down the body/mind connection and allowing our bodies to lead our practice.

Mom & Baby Yoga – Moms do their own practice while babies play. $3 per class.

Kundalini Yoga – A spiritual practice which clears energy pathways and creates greater vitality.

Vinyasa Flow – Asana with emphasis on continuous movement and coordination of breath.

Kripalu Yoga – Integration of body, mind and spirit - opening the wisdom of the body.

Energetic Yoga – Building energy through powerful asanas with mental awareness on the body’s energy channels.

Restorative Yoga – Restful class utilizing props to support and sustain our bodies. No experience necessary. Relax & Renew!
