The first yoga studio established in Sedona, 7 Centers Yoga Arts, is located in a beautiful 1700-square-foot center, reminiscent of Spanish mission architecture. Please join us for for a class, a workshop, a retreat or set up your own healing program.

7 Centers Yoga Arts offers a holistic and traditional Vedic foundation of yoga teacher training in an ashram-inspired schedule that includes the study of the sister sciences of Ayurveda and Vedic Astrology. This intensive training exposes students to yoga as a lifestyle that unites philosophy and traditional practices based on classical yogic texts that can be adapted to modern life and community needs. We attract a diverse group of students from all over the United States and Canada, internationally as well as locally.
